Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the resolvability of actions and services provided by Primary Health Care (PHC) during the Covid-19 pandemic in the municipalities of Pé de Serra and Santo Estêvão, Bahia, Brazil, and to identify influencing factors and adopted strategies. It is a qualitative, exploratory study conducted with health managers and workers. Data were collected through online semi-structured interviews guided by a thematic script. The results indicate that the pandemic directly affected the provision and organization of PHC care, requiring operational adaptations, incorporation of technologies, and reorganization of care flows. It is concluded that documenting and analyzing these experiences contributes to strengthening and restructuring PHC in public health emergency contexts.
